Tim Castle, President

Tim Castle's real estate career began in 1989 selling R.E.O. properties for Louisiana Savings & Loan. After the closure of the S & L industry Tim moved into property management and leasing as site manager for two multi tenant office complexes.

In 1991 he joined COLDWELL BANKER Reinauer Real Estate as a sales associate specializing in leasing and management.

In October 1999, Tim started Castle Real Estate Inc. specializing in residential and commercial properties and buyer representation. In 2004 Castle Real Estate opened a Property Management division filling the need in Lake Charles and surrounding areas for a professional property management firm.

Tim is active in many civic organizations, including leadership positions. In 1996, he was elected to serve on the board of directors of the Southwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS® and was elected to President of the Association in 2001. Currently he serves as the Treasure. He also represents the local real estate industry as Chairman of the Board 0f Trustees of the Calcasieu Parish Public Trust Authority. He is a member of The Young Men's Business Club and, in 1996, he received the Outstanding Member Award. In 1999 Tim graduated from The Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. This program recognizes individuals as future Leaders of Southwest Louisiana.

His family settled in the Lake Area at the turn of the century. He is a third generation real estate entrepreneur.

Elaine Robertson Boone

Elaine Boone Elaine has been in real estate for over 20 years. She started in partnership with her spouse as as an investor purchasing properties and remodeling them for rent and/or sale.

Elaine later opened her own Mortgage Company, “G E Financial” which she successfully operated until 2006. In 2005, she was awarded by Mortgage Lenders Network the “Outstanding Broker of of the Year award”.

She became a Licensed REALTOR in April 2006 and joined with Castle Real Estate where she has been successful in the sales of residential and commercial real estate properties. Her greatest achievement has been her ability to sell in excess of $3,000,000.00 in her first 24 months of becoming a licensed REALTOR. Elaine was instrumental in the sales of the building that is now called the “The Bridge” a Family Entertainment Center that will bridge the “GAP” between racial barriers, age, and religion, a facility much needed for Lake Charles and Surrounding Areas.

Elaine is part owner in G E Development a contracting company building homes for our future. She is also part owner of several rental properties in the Lake Area.

Elaine is an active member of the NCF Youth Group, shaping our youth for our future. She is a member of the Louisiana Association of REALTORS. Elaine also conducts volunteer lectures on real estate contracts with the DOTD and the Agriculture Center for homeownership classes. She is a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana and attended Washington Senior High School and Sowela Technical Institute. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs. Her greatest desire has been to assist people in home ownership through financing or sales. Being a part of helping others fulfill the American Dream is her ultimate goal.

Derek Cooper

Derek Cooper Derek was born and raised in Lake Charles. He received a degree in accounting from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 2002.

After working with a CPA Firm for nearly two years, he began working for himself managing land companies. Derek has experience dealing with Oil and Gas Leases, Right of Way, Farm and Timber Operation, US Dept of Agriculture and Farm Service Agency programs. He has also had experience with wetland issues, commercial and subdivision developments.

Derek acquired his real estate sales license in April 2006 and joined Castle Real Estate. Derek is also a member of the Southwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS®.
